Both Volleyball and Football games have been cancelled today and will be rescheduled at a later date.

The app will allow parents to access their student’s grades, assignments, attendance, and school/district updates. Students will be able to see pictures that are posted on social media from various school events. Community members will be able to access news, updates, and upcoming events throughout the school district all from the convenience of their mobile device.

Superintendent Dr. Barry L. Kayrell said, “We are excited to introduce HUSD’s app to the community. It will give the District another method to highlight our wonderful students and staff, as well as a faster way of connecting with the public in emergency situations.”

Grandfathers for Golf starts Tuesday, September 1st after school. Please see Delfina in the front office for an application if you are interested in participating. Space is limited.

On August 19th PTSA will be having elections and a meeting in the library from 3:30-4:00 pm. Please come out to participate and vote.

Please come in and pick up your registration packets from the office. You need to bring two proofs of residency and 7th graders need to show proof of T-DAP vaccine.

Students will begin MAP testing this week and next week.

6th Grade: Please bring your completed registration packets on Monday, August 3, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m.

7/8th Grades: Please bring your completed registration packets on Tuesday, August 4, from 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:00-3:00 p.m.

State testing starts in language arts classes this week. Make sure to get plenty of sleep and come to school every day! Good Luck Cougars!

Come out and support the Acacia and Dartmouth Choirs. They will be sponsoring a Family Karaoke Night on Thursday, April 16 from 4-7 pm in the MPR at Dartmouth Middle School. The cost is $5 per person or $16 for a family of 4.

Our next Saturday School will be on March 21. If you want to attend, please sign up in the office.
