Miss Tammy is amazing at building relationships with students. She goes out of her way to support them and even started "Tammy's Closet," where she maintains an impressive amount of donated clothes, shoes, backpacks, jackets, and other items for students in need.
Having been at Acacia for 13 years and 17 years with HUSD, former students regularly come back to visit their favorite staff member, Miss Tammy, especially right before they graduate from High School, because of the positive impact she has had on their lives.
