The Science Club meets every Thursday from 3:16 to 4:16 p.m.  Students may join the club at any time during the year.  Students must obtain a permission slip, then have it signed by parents, and turned it in to Mr. Grubb.  We perform many after school activities to reinforce the California Science standards, some of these activities are: constructing and launching model rockets, building model size catapults, mousetrap racers, hovercraft, paper planes, and pine-wood derby cars.  In addition, we participate in events such as “The Up and Atom Challenge”,  “A.M.S. Family Science Night”, and the “A.M.S. Pine-Wood Derby”.
