Athletic Information
Acacia Scholars,
To participate in any sports at AMS, students will need to complete 3 mandatory items: the information on the athletic clearance website, including insurance information, the physical form from the doctor, and the physical form from your parent. Athletes must have a 2.0 G.P.A. and exhibit P.A.W.S behaviors at all times, inside the classroom and around campus.
