Mrs. Liz White was chosen as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for middle schools. Mrs. White is a Social Studies teacher at Acacia Middle School. She creates an atmosphere in her classroom where all students can learn and she takes time to connect with each student to understand their individual needs and ensures they are engaged throughout the learning process. She exhibits expertise in Social Science and English and continually demonstrates a desire to keep her subject matter relevant for students. In addition to her classroom responsibilities, Mrs. White is the Social Studies Department Chair, a member of the site Leadership and AVID teams, a Battle of the Books advisor, and is a District Tech-Know teacher.
